Starting Memory: Why do you keep being a hero?
The scene is a bar where Karina (Blue Rose) is singing in her normal clothes! She finishes up her song to see Kotetsu leaning against her piano, also in street clothes.
KOTETSU: Wow. You're more serious about it than I thought.
KARINA: Of course. Stop trying to look cool.
Kotetsu glances up to notice he's standing dramatically under the lights.
KARINA: Why do you keep bothering me? Could you leave me alone?
Kotetsu holds out a wrinkled dollar bill.
KARINA: What's this?
KOTETSU: It's a tip. It's not much, though. Your singing was pretty good. Singing for a living might not be a bad choice for you. Sorry for bothering you.
KARINA: Wait!
KOTETSU: Huh?
KARINA: Hey... why do you continue being a hero?
Significant look, cut to them sitting at the bar with drinks.
KOTETSU: You're a pretty honest kid, aren't you? I misjudged you.
KARINA: It's not like that...
KOTETSU: Should a minor be drinking alcohol?
KARINA: It's mineral water!
KOTETSU: See? You are an honest kid.
KARINA: That's enough!
She starts walking away.
KOTETSU: Hey... why do you sing?
KARINA: Because I love to. Because I want everyone to hear my singing.
KOTETSU: Same here.
KARINA: Huh?
KOTETSU: I'm a hero because I want to save people. Isn't that enough of a reason? It doesn't really matter if anyone acknowledges me or not.

This memory includes some context knowledge - he knows Karina is also a hero, who is struggling with it! He doesn't know exactly what being a hero entails though.
Starting Skill: Hundred Power.
The Hundred Power is Wild Tiger's superpower! It increases all his physical abilities by one hundred times for five minutes (with a recharge period of one hour). That includes strength, speed, and durability, as well as things like hearing! He glows blue when he uses it.
However, since Kotetsu is coming from the end of canon, it only lasts for one minute now. When he remembers it as five minutes he will probably assume it is powercapped. :B The actual effects of the powercap means it is actually a less-than-one-hundred power, but that number was never based in anything concrete in the first place so I will probably play it kind of flexibly.
He also does not remember he has this power to start with so he won't know how to activate it, although it might activate on its own in crisis situations.
