Memory 29 (significant negative), Skill 8
Promise to Tomoe. "Please never stop being a hero." Tomoe's death. [17 flashback] Form of a pair of handkerchiefs. Give one to someone and keep the other and you'll both receive the memory simultaneously. Your initials will appear on the handkerchiefs after.
This memory takes place when Kotetsu is noticably younger - about five years ago. Tomoe, Kotetsu's wife, is in the hospital sick. Kotetsu is waiting at her bedside, but he gets a call for hero work. She tells him to go - "A hero should protect people at all times, right?" He argues with her, but in the end he heads out. "Fine, I'll go. Are you happy now?" She smiles at him, and responds that she's fine. "No matter what happens, please don't stop being a hero. Promise me that."
He then proceeds to go save people from a burning building as Wild Tiger. ("The Crusher for Justice has just saved lives by destroying the building!") However, then he gets a call from the hospital.
By the time he gets back, Tomoe has died and her body is under a sheet. "Her condition suddenly worsened right after you left."

Physical abilities (running jumping punching things). Form of a knotted piece of twine. Untie/cut it.
Calling this skill fighting and parkour would be giving him too much credit, but that's the idea. He can jump from building to building, climb up things, throw kicks and punches, etc., but none of it is very graceful and he doesn't appear to have had any actual training. At least any that stuck.
