Memory 16 (significant negative)
Fire Emblem is under suspicion; murder at the prison. Form of a tiny, sharp ax. Cut yourself with it. 2/3 uses remaining. Episode 6, 02:40-09:14.
Kotetsu is sitting back while Barnaby does a high-fashion style photo shoot, since they want to focus on Barnaby alone. Kotetsu gets annoyed and finds Barnaby's phone, and takes a picture of himself making a stupid face to set as the phone's background image.
Barnaby comes up while he's snickering in victory, and he tries to cover himself by grabbing a nearby newspaper. Barnaby notices that there's an article with pictures of three criminals who were he first arrest. Kotetsu is surprised he recognizes them, and then notices that the article says they died. ("Mysterious Fatal Burning Occurs in Prison!") Barnaby just says "Oh, is that so?", and Kotetsu snaps at him about his attitude, asking what he takes a person's death as, and yelling their job is to protect people's lives. Barnaby tells him not to push his morality on him, but before their attention-drawing argument can get much further, they're interrupted by Mr. Lloyds on the phone, telling someone that Barnaby is busy but he'll send over Wild Tiger right away.
Where he gets sent ends up being the prison where the criminals were killed; Fire Emblem is under suspicion for the murder, since no known device can produce flames as strong as were used to kill the criminals, and they want Tiger to help reproduce the scenario by being a dummy in his hero suit while Fire Emblem tries to produce extremely hot fire. Tiger whines but participates.
After they've finished for the day, Agnes, Fire Emblem, and Tiger are walking out of the prison, complaining that not enough data means Fire Emblem is suspended from the show until they can prove his innocence. Their talk, however, is interrupted by screams from the prison yard.
When they get there, one of the inmates is already immolated in blue-green fire. Kotetsu runs over and tries to put it out with his jacket, but by the time he gets it out, the man is already dead in his arms. He looks around and sees a silhouette (which with his other memories he will recognize as Lunatic's) on top of a nearby building, and he activates his power to jump up to the roof. However, when he gets there, he sees no sign of him.
