Memory 12 (trivial negative)

Today, you're going to invite your partner Barnaby for a day out on the town. Form of five chocolate chip cookies. (They're good, but slightly burnt.) 3/5 remaining. Episode 3, 7:50-11:26 (before the alarm).

At Agnes's orders and under some duress, Kotetsu dons his mask and invites Barnaby for a day out on the town! It's mostly a day of sitting in his sidecar and watching as Barnaby signs autographs for small children and poses for photo ops while the HeroTV crew films him. At one point Kotetsu tries to give some kids Wild Tiger trading cards for free, but they won't take them because Wild Tiger isn't cool...

Then they go to the newly constructed Fortress Tower Building! Kotetsu is excited for once because the building has a statue of Legend in the lobby. :D However they just walk past it to the elevators. There's a mysterious man repairing the elevators, who if he reflects Kotetsu will probably remember remembering in this memory! But they just leave him and head up to have dinner.

Barnaby flips his hair and shakes hands with swooning waitresses, and then they have objectively the best conversation:

BARNABY: By the way, sir... (Ne, senpai~)
KOTETSU: You're creeping me out now...
BARNABY: [smiles, and points out the window] What's that?
KOTETSU: Figure it out yours-- [he sees Agnes glaring at him from behind the cameraman] which you don't have to do. What are you looking at?
BARNABY: That.
KOTETSU: That's... a building.
BARANBY: Then... what's that?
KOTETSU: That's also a building. Also, the thing next to it is a building, and the thing in front of it is also a building. Well... all the building-like structures you can see here are buildings.
AGNES: Be serious!
KOTETSU: I really don't know what they're called...

Notes:
- This is clearly the earliest memory of his partnership with Barnaby he has so far!
- Oh my god Barnaby is so obnoxious
