Memory 10 (trivial neutral)

I wanna fight bad guys with machine guns. Form of a small blue bottle of sake. 1/3 servings remaining. Episode 4, 2:47-7:50.

Tiger and Barnaby are suited up and in the Double Chaser, sitting in an alleyway waiting for their cue and listening over their communicators.

AGNES: He's headed your way! Are you two ready to go?
BARNABY: Yes. Any time.
TIGER: He's just escaping in a stolen car, isn't he? I don't think there's any need for us to step in. Well, I guess this is going to be easy.
BARNABY: Are you hard of hearing, old man?
TIGER: Huh?
BARNABY: They said the suspect is on the move in an armored car.
TIGER: So what? It's a car, of course it moves. [n.b. there is a pun here going on with "soukou", which means both "armored" and "running" (referring to a car). It doesn't translate very well.]
BARNABY: Armed, as in armed and dangerous? [soukou ja nakute, soukou]
TIGER: Huh?
BARNABY: ...Never mind.
TIGER: Anyway, we heroes should be fighting bad guys who carry machine guns and go like "badadadadada!"

He pretends to be shooting machine guns, but is interrupted by a rocket or something shooting from the armored car, tearing through a truck right at them and then taking a turn.

TIGER: Huh? That thing's armed!
BARNABY: That's what I've been telling you!

Barnaby starts off after it.

HERO TV ANNOUNCER: Barnaby and Wild Tiger are on the scene! What's Tiger going to destroy today?!
TIGER: Are you trying to provoke me?!

Barnaby pulls them right up next to the armored car, with Tiger's sidecar facing it. The armored car attempts to sideswipe them a few times.

TIGER: Ow! Guess I'll just have to destroy it, then!

He leans out and kicks the armored car a few times, eventually managing to make it swerve slightly off course.

AGNES: Hey! That's a civilian vehicle. Don't destroy it!
TIGER: Do you want me to destroy things or not?!

The armored car sideswipes them again, and Tiger changes tactics and jumps from his sidecar onto the top of the armored car. He leans down to look in at the driver, who is wearing a pig mask. They're both startled, and Tiger almost falls as the driver swerves. Then he leans off the edge of the roof to aim his wire-gun at one of the wheel-wells, and shoots it, knocking the tire completely off. The armored car spins and swerves, knocking Tiger off to the pavement and running into the side of the road. Tiger is fine because he's in his suit. Barnaby pulls up next to him.

BARNABY: Honestly, you never think before you act.
TIGER: I stopped it, didn't I?! And I managed not to destroy it. ...I think.

Tiger walks hesitantly towards the armored car. The guns mounted on it swivel and shoot at him, and he runs away to duck behind a wall.

TIGER: Hey, why does it have one of those?!
AGNES: Didn't you say you wanted to fight bad guys with machine guns?
TIGER: But that's a civilian vehicle, isn't it?
AGNES: That just shows how dangerous this city has become.

Tiger looks around the wall to see that the criminal has started running away on foot. Barnaby starts after him. Meanwhile, Blue Rose is waiting for her cue. She gets her instructions and lifts up to the top of her van, right in the direction the criminal is running. She starts posing and saying her catchphrase.

BLUE ROSE: My ice is a little bit cold, but your crime—

Then the criminal pulls out a machine gun and starts shooting at her. She flails and tries to dodge.

BLUE ROSE: Huh? No way! H-Hold on! Stop that! I'm serious!
HERO TV ANNOUNCER: What's wrong with Blue Rose?!

She steps at the edge of the van in her heels and slips, starting to fall right in the path of the oncoming bullets. Barnaby quickly activates his power and leaps in to catch her and take her out of the way.

Meanwhile, Dragon Kid shows up and uses her lightning powers to electrocute the criminal, capturing him.

HERO TV ANNOUNCER: An amazing arrest made by Dragon Kid, the Lightning Bolt Kung Fu Master!

Slightly later, Tiger, Barnaby, and Blue Rose are standing on a roof.

TIGER: Aw, man... we got the spotlight stolen from us again.
BARNABY: Well, I was able to secure some rescue points thanks to a certain someone, so I'm good.
BLUE ROSE: Hey, rookie. You're not talking about me, are you?
BARNABY: Who else is there?
BLUE ROSE: (to Tiger) Your partner has a nasty attitude.
TIGER: That I agree with. But you were at fault for not paying enough attention.
BLUE ROSE: I have a lot on my mind, okay?
TIGER: Like what? Are you talking about that side job of yours?
BLUE ROSE: So what if I am?!
TIGER: Taking up a side job while being a hero, huh? You can't be a hero with an attitude like that. It's not that easy.
BLUE ROSE: Oh, please! You haven't even earned any points this season!
TIGER: Huh?
BLUE ROSE: You're so uncool. Hmph.

She turns to go.

TIGER: Now, hold on a second! We were awesome the other day when we handled that bomb incident!
BARNABY: Please don't call yourself awesome.
TIGER: Huh?
BLUE ROSE: You really are uncool.
TIGER: Hey! I'm not done talking to you!
BLUE ROSE: What I do in my personal time is none of your business! [more quietly] I don't want to be a hero, anyway.

Notes:
- Of note, until Barnaby jumps in to save Blue Rose neither of them have their powers active. Tiger doesn't activate his at all.
- This is noticeably shortly before his starting memory in which he tells Karina that he misjudged her.
- He hasn't earned any points at all... :(
