Memory 8 (significant positive)
That makes you a hero too! Form of a jack-in-the-box. 3/5 uses remaining. Episode 2, 10:44-12:14.
THIS IS A FLASHBACK!! Kotetsu is maybe like ten.
There is a bank robbery happening! A bunch of people including tiny Kotetsu are huddled together as hostages while a gang of criminals with guns threaten them. Then, in through a window busts a hero!
LEGEND: Stop!
HOSTAGE: It's Mr. Legend!
They shoot at Legend, but Legend glows and the bullets all bounce off of him. Some of them bounce back to knock out the criminals. Then Legend throws off a shockwave that knocks out more of them. However, meanwhile, one of the others has found tiny Kotetsu and put a gun to his head.
CRIMINAL: Don't you care what happens to this kid?
Legend makes a face, but Kotetsu, crying, suddenly glows.
CRIMINAL: W-What's wrong with this kid?!
The criminal is thrown back against the wall.
LEGEND: You're...?
He offers a hand to Kotetsu.
KOTETSU: Don't. I'm not supposed to touch anyone when I'm shining like this.
LEGEND: And why is that?
KOTETSU: I'll hurt people.
LEGEND: You've got it wrong.
KOTETSU: Huh?
LEGEND: Your power is meant to save people.
Kotetsu takes his hand and Legend pulls him up.
LEGEND: You saved me. That makes you a hero too!
He gives Kotetsu a thumbs up, Kotetsu smiles and beams at him, and they have a thumbs-up fistbump. Awww.
