Memory 6 (trivial negative) and 7 (significant negative)
Memory 6: I remember him, he's after the director; appearance of Lunatic; they killed my parents!! Form of four heart-shaped raspberry jam tarts in a red velvet bag. 2/4 remaining. Episode 6, 16:25-end + episode 7 intro.
Tiger, Barnaby, Fire Emblem and Saito are sitting discussing an attack!

Tiger thinks he's seen the face of the man who attacked them before but can't remember it.
BARNABY: There might be no point in thinking about it. Unfortunately, this old man can't remember faces.
KOTETSU: Shut up.
FIRE EMBLEM: No. Handsome is right. You're no good at anything. You're always getting in his way. I feel so sorry for him!
KOTETSU: Weren't you the one who said you'd sleep next to me a moment ago?
FIRE EMBLEM: Huh? He's lying! It's not like that between us! Right?
BARNABY: ...If you'll excuse me. I'm wasting my time here.
Barnaby and Fire Emblem turn to go, and Kotetsu turns to talk to Saito. Saito mentions he was stuck in an elevator and that's why he wasn't picking up Kotetsu's calls. This triggers Kotetsu's memory.
KOTETSU: He's the guy we passed at the elevator during that whole bomb scare!
FIRE EMBLEM: What's this about?
BARNABY: Then, the culprit's goal is...
KOTETSU: [nod] Let's go!
FIRE EMBLEM: What? What?! I don't understand any of this!
All three of them suit up and load into the Double Chaser, with Fire Emblem draped on Tiger in his sidecar.

KOTETSU: Hey, Bunny, go faster!
BARNABY: By the way, are you going to be alright without your powers? You can't use them for another hour, right?
KOTETSU: That doesn't matter! I won't be satisfied until I catch that guy with my own hands!
FIRE EMBLEM: Sorry to ruin your fun, but could you please tell me what the culprit is after?
BARNABY: The culprit is trying to silence everyone who saw his face during the bomb scare.
FIRE EMBLEM: What?! So who else was with you at the time?
BARNABY: The director and the cameraman.
They find Agnes in her car in a garage just in time for Barnaby to catch the car as it's thrown by a mech. Fire Emblem helps Agnes out while Barnaby takes out the mech with a few powered kicks and the culprit falls out of it.
BARNABY: What's wrong? Are you done already?
FIRE EMBLEM: Way to go, Handsome!
KOTETSU: You always get to show off.
BARNABY: Then go right ahead. Points don't matter here.
KOTETSU: Really? In that case... [he steps up dramatically] Hey, you! Time to give yourself up!
CULPRIT: Stop showing off and just arrest me.
The culprit turns away, showing that he has a tattoo on the back of his neck. Barnaby freaks out and steps in front of Kotetsu again, ignoring his protests.

BARNABY: That mark on your neck is an Ouroboros, isn't it? What is Ouroboros? Is it a crime syndicate? [he holds the man up by the neck] Where's the man who has that mark engraved on his hand? Answer me!
The man just smiles and Barnaby tosses him away. Kotetsu steps in and tries to get him to calm down. Fire Emblem steps in and tries to get them to stop fighting. Meanwhile, the man finds Agnes again and puts a gun to her head. He tells them all to take their masks off and put their hands in the air. Barnaby hesitates, but does so after the other two glare at him.

KOTETSU: What are you trying to do? Why did you kill those people in prison? What's your connection to them?
The culprit is just confused at this. He points a gun at them, but before he can shoot, it's knocked out of his hand by blue fire. Lunatic is standing on the top of a building across the way.

KOTETSU: Who's he?
He shoots again and the culprit is immolated in blue-green fire, dying almost instantly. When they look back, Lunatic is gone.

Barnaby tries to chase him and Kotetsu follows him. They can't find him though.
BARNABY: This is your fault! [he grabs Kotetsu by the neck] If you hadn't stopped me back there, this wouldn't have happened. I was so close to finding out what Ouroboros was!
KOTETSU: Hey, hey, calm down!
BARNABY: I can't calm down! They murdered my parents!!

MEMORY END.
Notes:
- He's super chill with Fire Emblem!
- Mostly this is continuing backwards in Lunatic's storyline from his recent memories! Obviously he knows who that guy is now.
- This is why Barnaby's so upset about Ouroboros though...
Memory 7: Jake's Seven Matches - Sky High, Rock Bison. Form of a little bottle with 2 sips. 1/2 uses remaining. Episode 12, 9:10-14:34.
The seven heroes get emergency orders to assemble at the training center. On the television, HeroTV is showing Jake and Kriem in the middle of a stadium.
KRIEM: Good day, Hero-loving citizens of Sternbild. We're hosting a special live broadcast of Mister Jack's Special Seven Matches. And now, for a special message.
FIRE EMBLEM: "Seven Matches"?
JAKE: I'll show you how weak the heroes you believe in really are.
KRIEM: The rules are simple. Heroes will be picked at random to take turns battling Mister Jake one-on-one.
BISON: What?
Jake: If any hero beats me, I'll call off all of the powered exosuits. I'll release the city.
KRIEM: But if all of the heroes lose?
JAKE: I'll just have to collapse the city.
All the heroes exclaim about this.
BARNABY: No, this is convenient. I'll defeat him one-on-one, with no one to get in my way.
For this entire exchange, Kotetsu is sitting behind the rest of them on the couch, brooding, and he winces particularly at that.
Meanwhile, Jake draws Sky High for the first match. Kotetsu warns him that Jake can shoot laser beams that pierce through thick walls. Sky High declares that doesn't matter if he can't hit him, and turns to Barnaby.
SKY HIGH: I swear to apprehend him, and bring him to you.
When the matches start, HeroTV switches to OuroborosTV, and Kriem takes over commentating. ...SKY HIGH'S MATCH DOESN'T GO WELL. It appears to be going well to start with, as Sky High barrages Jake with his wind powers, and Jake is knocked flat on the ground. Then Jake hits him with a beam and reveals that he didn't land any hits at all. Before being knocked out, Sky High relates that he's not shooting beams. He's creating barriers. Jake can use his defensive force fields as an offensive attack.
Sky High is beaten and strung up from a statue. Next up is Rock Bison.
Bison declares he will knock through the barriers with brute strength. He doesn't last five seconds and is strung up with Sky High.
Notes:
- Oh no oh no oh no
- I guess... I guess Ouroboros revealed themselves
- Obviously he feels terrible in this memory because the whole city is in a hostage situation, but he is particularly feeling terrible about Barnaby for some reason. :(
- Knows all of the heroes' faces now!
