High school days: Picking his hero name, fighting Antonio. Form of small hand mirrors with a dark gray casing. 6/7 views remaining.
All of the story related in the first drama CD! Tomoe the class rep reveals that she's a huge hero fan, and helps him come up with non-terrible ideas for his hero name. (Fighting Tiger? but Lions are stronger.) Then she's kidnapped by Antonio's gang who have heard Kotetsu is strong, and Kotetsu fights Antonio without using his power. Then he uses his power to save Tomoe, and Antonio expresses surprise, both that his underlings have kidnapped her without telling him and that Kotetsu is a NEXT but didn't use his power in their fight. Kotetsu declares that he only uses his power to save people.
Later, Tomoe tells him he should definitely be a Tiger, since lions move in packs but Tigers hunt alone. So he decides to be Wild Tiger!
